You know those special meals that are good for you? The breakfast that you could make for yourself while your stomach hurts from a large meal, or the lunch that you could eat while you were working out, or your dinner that you cooked all alone.

A diet of last resort also recommends that we not be consuming too many calorie rich foods. We are not a calorie rich animals.

And the diet of last resort is a diet that is very low in fat and calories that’s high in protein.

Why do diet experts eat so much sugar and junk food?

Diet and nutrition experts will eat plenty of sugar and junk food as much as possible.

But, is it healthy for you to eat that much? This kind of diet will make your blood sugar higher, which will put your body at a higher risk for obesity. This is why doctors use a low calorie diet to help their patients.

Do you know why healthy people are able to lose weight on a healthy diet?

Healthy people do not have a low carbohydrate metabolism.

Low carbohydrate foods are the ones with minimal carbs. Low carb foods can help you lose weight.

What happens to your body when you eat that much junk food?

It will turn into fat. And when a person eats high sugar drinks or eats lots of processed foods and junk foods that provide high amount of calories, that person will keep on eating the same percentage of calories as if they were eating that food.
