This is probably only going up to the point where you need to add the extra weight back in to keep your rate of loss on track. The fact is you can lose a lot of weight and not become heavier. That’s what makes it so hard to lose 20lb and remain thin. Once you hit the plateau, you don’t have many ways to get rid of the extra weight and it’s difficult to lose more weight.
