We have many different answers to this question and are not suggesting one particular diet. Instead it is designed to help you learn the most important part of any diet, while at the same time helping you determine how much fat to eat each day. When you’re ready with your choice of dietary rules, you’ll be able to make the best of it and live a weight loss lifestyle without fear or restriction.
Calories, calories, calories…
When discussing your daily food habits, be sure to include the caloric content of the foods you eat as well. The food you eat will affect when each calorie is consumed and when you have to eat again.
The average American eats about 2,100 calories a day. So a day spent eating 1,000-1,200 calories might see your weight drop a few pounds, depending on what foods you eat and how often after meals you eat. However, if there is a big fat pack on your waistline or you haven’t worked out very often enough you could be under some serious weight gain pressures.
If you keep an eye on your calorie intake, even if you have only a few calories a day, you may soon notice that you’re eating too much.
When you calculate how many calories you consume versus how much of what you eat is your body producing, we know how you should look. It’s time to get that extra pound from under your belt, so get to work…
… or stop by!
