Start by watching a video or two on the link below and practicing those poses on the side. This is an excellent way to get familiar with what the posture patterns of each pose are and make sure the movements feel good on your body. Once you’re comfortable, and familiar with the positions of each pose, you’ll be able to select a workout that makes you feel balanced, healthy and happy, even if you’re not the most athletic thing out there.

How long will it take me to get into a workout routine like this?
That depends. I would guess that it would take longer than a normal workout because you’ll be practicing different aspects of movement at different speeds throughout the day. This will take time to master, so start small and then increase the number of poses in various patterns you practice. Once you’re a newbie though you’ll figure it out.
Once I’m done with one, can I keep on going?
Yeah, absolutely! Just make sure you practice at least a couple of times a day for at least an hour. I would suggest doing so for each of the following days each workout and then doing the following exercises with the side after a few days.
The first time you practice the exercises the rest of the movement will feel a bit off or a little off for you, but that’s ok. Try it a couple times until you’re all good with it. It’s a pretty basic routine that you should probably do before you start to move onto training your body for other things.
The second time in the routine, you’ll have your new muscles, bones and ligaments to focus on. The only new movements you’ll start to perform will be a bit more advanced and more strenuous, however. So be patient and don’t get discouraged if you can’t do them right away. Trust me, you’ll get stronger in your new muscles and then even a little stronger in your body. Once you start improving in this way, then go ahead and do all these other things as well. So after completing the routine, you’ll continue to do it in different combinations as well.
