I personally can’t understand what any of this means, and would love to hear some answers. And I’m sure that in fact most of this information is proprietary to Corel – or, at least, proprietary to one of the companies directly involved in the development of these applications.
Is it too soon to call this the worst version of Corel software yet?
In its second edition of its annual rankings of the best restaurants in the country, the Washington Post and Robert Half, Sr. have identified 25 restaurants that are among the top 10 in the nation.
Among the 25 restaurants on this year’s list are the renowned Chez Panisse, the best French restaurant downtown and, of course, the food. (You’ll want the Le Bernardin to try the Chef’s special)
To compile the rankings, the Post interviewed more than 400 food critics, restaurant professionals and industry insiders who were asked to rank the restaurants of their choice and to provide other insights about these eateries. (We’re in no particular hurry to have everyone agree with our choices, although the authors do make it clear that we won’t be penalizing restaurants that don’t quite satisfy the high standards we have set.)
The Post, which won the inaugural Washington Post Restaurant Awards in 2009, chose the top 25 restaurants for this second edition in part because of a strong season — from Chef John Boulud’s groundbreaking and innovative New Glarus Steakhouse on First Street NW to the impressive opening of Le Bernardin in South Capitol Hill to the success of the acclaimed L’Atelier and La Boulangerie-La Farge. This time we chose 25 restaurants for the list.

In a recent feature in the Christian Science Monitor, I addressed the issues of how the Catholic faith is reflected in the Catholic Church and the evolution of that faith from a fundamentalist Protestant one to a liberal one.
