Yes, it can.
It isn’t perfect. But if our goal is to add some more versatility to what we have, then this is the tool to do it. (And that is not just a fact, but we are using it right now.)
As you may have guessed, that’s a question which I have asked myself over and over this week as we’ve gone with it over and over again.
In the end, this is a combination of lightbox, Photoshop, and Photoshop Lightroom.
The Lightroom preset editor is what I have most often been using in order to bring a single image to life.
When I am using the Lightroom preset editor though, I find that it does a lot of things better than the other three.
For instance, when I would just paste the file into Lightroom though:
It wouldn’t have the same level of customization, it couldn’t do the same color grading tasks it can do with Lightroom.
I can do a lot of customizations.
The second thing I realized is that Lightroom is only capable of applying things on the white balance or saturation.
When I am working with the Lightroom presets in Lightroom, I can also set up the colors.
When I go looking at some images I am working on, I am looking for a single, consistent tone.
So if I have two shots where one image has a lot of color saturation and brightness but is more brown in color, I would like the colors of the light to be more consistent.
But I have no way of telling exactly where in the image that tone is going to be.
So when Lightroom or Photoshop asks me to adjust one of the lights, I am usually going to be doing so with that one light because I know it has the most tone.

So what we are working with here is a combination of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Lightroom Lightroom.
